Mondulkiri Follow Up Program From December 2013

After finish the JICA’s “Grass-Root Technical Support”, Mr. Lay took up appointment as a coordinator and in charge of follow up programs inJICA’s project in Mondulkiri.

His Mainly mission are as follows; Continuation of monitoring in our targeted area. An adviser for department of health, Department of sports and youth, Operation district (OD) and Dental Care Assistants (DCA) group.
